Sharjah – Renowned alternate medicine expert and author Deepak Chopra says that identity can be realized by finding the soul in the body and taking control of the self rather than the person known by the name. Although modern medical science has discovered scientific methods to reverse disease through gene editing and therapy, individual healing is possible through ego-aware life controls. Through his discourse, he clarified that if you base your daily life on seven things for future success, your body and soul will be free from disease. Healing can be ensured by basing your life on the seven pillars of sleep, meditation, body movements, emotions, food, contact with nature, and self-awareness.
Deepak Chopra was speaking on The Future of Well-being at the 41st Sharjah International Book Fair.
Most of the human body is made up of chemicals. It is not the right way to evaluate the human body only by science. The approach that only science is the ultimate goal is also not correct. Only a human science that embraces the soul can make complete healing possible. Rhythmic sleep should be ensured in daily life. Emotional states can be controlled through meditation.
If you can stimulate the feeling of love, you can eliminate all kinds of mental tension. Studies have proven that changes in human genes can be made through diet. A life that is familiar with the earth and nature should be accepted. We should evaluate our surroundings and nature through our senses. Many of our perceptions of nature can be wrong. Other living beings do not see this earth the way humans see it. This reality must be embraced. Every man must find his own soul. Must be able to control emotions and agitations. He also said, if we can recognize the identity beyond the body, we can find healing.
